Carrot caviar with turnip tops
300 grams:
carrots
turnip
parsley root
onions
150 ml vegetable oil
salt
Wash and clean all vegetables and spices, then all finely chopped.
Put the vegetables in the pot or pan with vegetable oil, to saut, add salt.
Grind the roasted vegetables and spices in the meat grinder.
