Sandwich with cheese and potatoes
Ingredients:
4 rye bread - slice
3 Art. l. cheese
3 Art. l. butter
1 pcs. large potatoes boiled
1 pcs. egg
ground black pepper
lettuce
dill
Cheese good rub, combine the butter, finely chopped onion, grated on a coarse grater potatoes, raw egg and pepper.
Bread Spread the resulting mass, put in a hot oven and bake until crispy crust.
Serve on lettuce leaves, issued the greens.
