Baked pumpkin with cheese
Ingredients:
800 g pumpkin
200 g Adyghe cheese, or cheese suluguni
500 g minced lamb
500 g potato
125 g liquid cream or milk

2 pcs. egg
2 onions - head
2 Garlic - cloves
1 parsley or dill - beam
1 nutmeg powder - a pinch
6 Art. l. wheat flour
6 Art. l. vegetable oil
ground black pepper, salt
Pumpkin cleaned, cut into slices. Potatoes cut into slices. Vegetables sprinkled with salt and let stand, then pat dry, breaded in flour and fry in small portions in the oil until golden brown.
Chop the onion and fry in oil, add minced and fry all together, stirring occasionally. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper and mix.
In a baking dish, greased, put half of the roasted vegetables, then stuffing it - crumbled cheese (100 g), and the remaining vegetables over cheese layer. Beat eggs with cream, add salt and chopped herbs, pour this mixture casserole.
Bake for 40 minutes in an oven at 220 � C.
