Veal tongue with honey
For the recipe you will need:
1 PCs veal tongue
100 g honey
spices (cinnamon, cloves, anise, cardamom) - to taste
1/2 glass vinegar
1/2 glass raisins
salt - to taste
Boil the tongue in salted water until tender. Pour out the water, put the language in a pan, add the mixture of the remaining ingredients and cook, covered over low heat for 45 minutes. If the sauce boils away, add some water.
