1 tsp. soy sauce

2 tsp. white wine

1 PCs onion

2 tsp. ginger (ground)

2 tsp. star anise (ground)

2 tsp. cinnamon (ground)

2 tsp. cloves (ground)

salt - to taste

100 g the cucumbers

20 g olives
