200 g beef tongue
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. white wine
1 PCs onion
2 tsp. ginger (ground)
2 tsp. star anise (ground)
2 tsp. cinnamon (ground)
2 tsp. cloves (ground)
salt - to taste
100 g the cucumbers
20 g olives
parsley
Language wash, pour hot water, add spices, soy sauce, wine, onion, salt. Cook at a low boil until tender. Hot boiled language immerse in cold water for 5 minutes and peel away the skin.
