Cod casserole with mushrooms
800 g cod fillets
400 g mushrooms
0.5 g new potatoes
3 bulbs
150 g cheese
2 eggs
cream, garlic and herbs
Marinate in salt, lemon juice, you can optionally add spices. In the vegetable oil to fry on both sides until golden brown. Chop mushrooms across to keep in shape, onion half rings. Potatoes cut into rings of average thickness, cheese grater. In the form we add layers: onions, roasted fillet, potatoes, mushrooms, onions, grated cheese on top. Add a little butter squares and pour cream. Predvatitelno cream can be mixed with 2 eggs, garlic and herbs. Everything is put in preheated oven for 45 minutes 180gr.
