The chickens finally go
6 PCs chicken (leg quarter)
350 g pineapple , canned slices
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. starch
2 PCs bell pepper
salt , pepper
Salt and pepper the chicken thighs.
Heat oil and fry chicken until cooked.
Drain pineapple and add to the chicken and place on dish.
Mix the starch with half of the pineapple juice to get a smooth mixture, add the rest of the juice. Bring to the boil, stirring until the mixture thickens.
Put the chicken legs on a hot dish with pineapple, pour the sauce and decorate with strips of bell pepper.
