Quick roll with apple stuffing
Dough:
4 eggs
4 Art. l. Slide-wheat flour

4 Art. l. sugar
For the filling:
3-4 sour green apple
2 Art. l. sugar
1 h. l. lemon peel
Apple peel and seeds. Grate, squeeze the juice from, add the sugar and zest. Grated apples lay on a baking sheet, the laid with baking paper and lightly oiled, and align. You can sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Whip the egg yolks, add sugar and beat again for about three minutes. Add sifted flour and baking powder. Mix well. Proteins whip until soft peaks and gently stir into the batter.
Vystelit dough evenly over the apple weight, smooth.
Bake in preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
Baking biscuit ready to cover with a clean towel, flip the cake onto towel stuffed up, remove the paper and immediately, with a towel, wrapped roll so that the apple filling was inside. Lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar.
