Swiss breakfast
2 glass oatmeal
1 glass sweet coconut
0.5 glass Wheatgrass
0.5 glass salted sunflower seeds
0.5 h. l. ground cinnamon
1/4 glass honey
3 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 glass seedless raisins
Preheat the oven to 150C. Connect oatmeal, coconut, wheat, sunflower seeds, and cinnamon in a large bowl. In the microwave oven with the heat honey vegetable oil at high power for 30 seconds. Pour honey syrup cooked cereal. Grease a baking dish with oil, put here muesli, bake them for 30 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally. In the finished hot cereal, add raisins. Serve warm or cold. You can with pieces of fruit.
