Dumplings with cherries
For 4 servings:
For the dough:
300 g flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
100 g starch
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
10 g salt
For the filling:
300 g fresh frozen cherries
50 g sugar
20 g starch
10 ml of cherry liqueur.
Flour, starch and salt mix, pour a slide on the surface of the table at the top to make a recess. Pour the oil in the groove and progressively 200 ml of cold water.
Knead the dough and knead until elastic state of the masses. Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Cherries mixed with sugar, bring to a boil. Starch is diluted with a little water, add to the cherry, stir and refrigerate. Add liqueur.
Roll out the dough into a thin layer, cut a round shape mug, brush the edge of the middle of the yolk and put the stuffing. Top cover with another circle of dough and press the edges. Cook for a couple of 10 minutes.
Serve with berry sauce.
