Vareniki with cherries
320 g Wheat flour;
1 PCs Egg;
1/2 tsp. Salt;
100 ml Water
300 g The pitted cherries;
100 g Sugar
Cherry pour sugar and leave, while preparing the dough in a warm place.
Mix flour with egg and salt, knead, gradually adding water.
Roll out the dough so it turned out to be 2 mm, cut the layer into squares or cut slices.
With cherries, drain the juice, sprinkle 2 berries tbsp. flour and stir
Filling put in each square or circle, sumipntg edge.
Cook the dumplings in salted boiling water for 5-7 minutes. The finished dish pour boiled cherry juice.
