Dumplings with fried cherry
What you need:
80 g wheat flour for podsypku
some flour to choose? we'll show
1 pcs. egg
2-3 Art. l. water
salt
4 Art. l. sugar
400 g cherries, pitted
1 starch - teaspoon
powdered sugar
honey or fruit sauce
500 g vegetable oil for frying
Of flour, eggs, water, salt and sugar knead dough. Wrap in foil and soak for 30 minutes.
For the filling, mix cherries with sugar and starch.
Roll out the dough very thinly, cut into squares of 4x4 cm. In the middle put the filling and gather together the corners of her, then gently twist and squeeze them tightly.
Fry the dumplings in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve dusted with icing sugar, honey or fruit sauce.
