Language, fried in breadcrumbs
For cooking you will need:
1 kg beef tongue
200 g vegetables
2 Art. l. flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
6 Art. l. white bread crumbs or crackers (ground)
1 pcs. egg
4 Art. l. fat
1 glass tomato sauce (or red wine)
2 Art. l. butter
bay leaf, black pepper, salt - to taste
Language boil vegetables, remove the skin and cool. Beef or pork tongues cut lengthwise into thin slices, lamb leave intact, salt, breaded in flour and then moistened in
beaten egg, breaded in white bread crumbs (or crushed bread crumbs) and fry the fat. Serve with roasted potatoes or mashed potatoes, watering oil. Sauce in a gravy boat to file separately.
