Vinaigrette
1-2 boiled small beet
300 g sauerkraut
100 g apples
200 g boiled potatoes
100 g onions
1 lemon juice
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt, sugar, pepper
Grate the Apple on a coarse grater, mix the cabbage with apples. Drizzle with lemon juice, which add sugar, salt, pepper. Then knead there diced potatoes, chopped onions. Fill all vegetable oil.
