Sunday stew in Creole
Required Products:
600 g pork pulp
30 g butter
2 pcs. frankfurters
salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 Art. l. wheat flour

300 g fresh sour cream or heavy cream
150 g black olives
50 g pickles
canned onions
1 pcs. sweet red pepper, sliced
1 h. l. dried oregano
1 Prepare the pork, cut into thick slices and short. Cut the sausage into cubes with side 1 cm2 Melt the butter in a heavy skillet. Fry the pork and sausages. Add the red pepper. Season with salt, black pepper and oregano. Sprinkle with flour and stir. Pour in the cream and bring to a boil. Put onion, olives and cucumbers.
3 Simmer 10-15 minutes, season with spices to taste.
4 Before serving, warm up well. Serve with rice, pasta or boiled potatoes.
