Glazed duck
Required Products:
2.5 kg duck - 1 pc. (2)
3 Art. l. orange juice concentrate
4 Art. l. fruit juice
1 pcs. bouillon cube
1 Art. l. sugar
ground black pepper - to taste
1 pcs. orange
Orange syrup and fruit juice mix with crumbled stock cubes, sugar, pepper and heat for 2 minutes at full power.
Duck carcass lay in the dish breast side down, pierce the skin with a knife, cook for 30 minutes at medium power. Heated with oil drain.
Pour weft syrup and bake for 30-40 minutes at an average power of 200 � C and every 10 minutes again watering syrup.
When submitting complete your duck slices of orange, cranberries and fresh herbs.
