Mushrooms with cabbage
fresh or dried mushrooms
onion
cabbage
spices to your taste
greens
Boil the mushrooms, remove from broth and finely chop. For mushroom broth put finely chopped onion, then add the shredded cabbage, season with spices to your taste, add the mushrooms and cook until tender.
The finished dish served with greens. Bon appetit!
