Homemade tomato juice
1.4 kg ripe tomatoes
? glass 1 fresh celery
1/3 glass onions
2 Art. l. sugar (possible - to taste)
1 h. l. salt
ground black pepper
8 drops of Tabasco sauce (optional)
Clear, chop finely and combine all the ingredients, put in a pan with stainless steel cover (aluminum should not be taken, otherwise there will be a reaction).
Bring all to a boil, boil for about 25 minutes - the consistency of the mixture will resemble soup.
The mixture is then necessary to drain, allow to cool and clean in a cold place, covered.
After 1 week of home tomato juice is ready.
