Tomato and potato soup
1.5 l water
50 g butter

8 potato tubers
8 tomatoes
3 egg yolks
1 glass milk
parsley and dill
salt
Potatoes clean, cook until tender, rub or crush.
Boil the tomatoes, then rub and connect with potatoes.
Combine the egg yolks and mix with milk, combine with tomato and potato mixture with water, add the oil, salt, bring to a boil.
Before serving, tomato and potato soup seasoned with chopped herbs.
