Milk soup with potato dumplings
What you need:
1/2 glass Milk - 1
what milk to choose? we'll show
1/2 glass water
2-3 pcs. potato
1 pcs. egg white
30 g butter
Salt - to taste
Half the potatoes boil, then wipe hot. The remaining potatoes grate and connect with boiled potatoes. Add the egg whites, salt and mix.
Milk connect with water, bring to a boil, add salt to taste.
SPLIT meatballs in the form of small balls, boil them in salted water, to shift into the hot milk and bring to a boil.
When applying to each plate, place a piece of butter.
