Homemade cheesecake
200 g cottage cheese
300 g cream or sour cream home
cup of sugar
3 Art. l. cocoa
15 g gelatin
vanilla
Whip the cream with the sugar, add the grated cheese, vanilla. Dissolve gelatin, cool slightly and pour into the mass. The dough is divided into two parts, one of them and add cocoa art. l. sugar. Form grease with butter and pour into 2 parts one by one center of mass. Put a few hours in the refrigerator.
