Choux pastry with cheese
What you need:
1 glass wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
100 g butter
4 pcs. egg
180 g cheese
1/2 h. l. salt
1 grated nutmeg - pinch
1 cup of water to a boil, put the butter, salt, nutmeg and gradually sprinkle in all the flour. Quickly stir weight on low heat until the disappearance of lumps, remove from heat and cool to 80 � C. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly every time.
At the end of the batch Stir in grated cheese 3/4 norm and again mix.
Put the dough on a tablespoon of parchment paper lined baking sheet, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 180 � C oven.
