Ingredients:

330 g mushrooms boiled

2 pcs. tomatoes

200 g cottage cheese

2 pcs. egg yolks

100 g grated hard cheese

3 g sage

3 g thyme

ground black pepper, salt to taste

Whisk the eggs with the milk, salt, flour, and bake pancakes.

Onions and garlic finely chop, fry in oil, add chopped mushrooms, salt and pepper.
