Baked rice with tomatoes
Ingredients:
1 glass rice
2 pcs. tomatoes
1 onions - head
1 glass thick cream
150 g grated cheese
200 g speck
1 garlic - clove
1 Art. l. vegetable oil
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Figure rinse. Boil 2 cups of water, add salt and sprinkle in Fig. Cook until done.
Bacon cut into small cubes and fry, add the finely chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute. Heated with fat tuck Fig.
Mix rice, cream and cheese, add salt and pepper.
Onions clean, finely chop and fry in butter until golden brown. Tomatoes cut into slices.
At the bottom of the brazier lay the bacon, then -risovuyu mass, top with onions and tomatoes.
Bake in a preheated 180 � C oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
