Ashida with nuts
Required products:
For the dough:
1/2 kg hazelnuts
1 l water
1/2 kg flour

1 glass sugar
For the cream:
1 l milk
4 PCs the egg yolks
3/4 glass flour
350 g sugar
Nuts to roast and grind. Then add water, stir, carefully squeeze and strain the liquid. Add sugar, flour cook over low heat until smooth and thick. Then the mass to cool and refrigerate until easy cures.
Beat egg yolks with half the sugar, Add milk, flour and remaining sugar pour the mixture into the yolks, stir and cook the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
Frozen dough pour the cream and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
