The beet casserole
Ingredients:
300 g beets
400 g bread stale rye
100 g seedless raisins
4 PCs egg
40 g bread crumbs
40 g margarine
Bread cut into thin slices and lightly moisten with water.
The beets cook, peel, grate, add 2 eggs, raisins and stir.
Form, greased with margarine, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, put it in an even layer slices of bread, then the beets, cover with the remaining bread, cover with remaining whipped eggs and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
Serve with sour cream.
