Turkey "Marie-Madeleine"
1 pcs. turkey
200 g butter
500 g mushrooms
100 g grated cheese
1 glass sour cream
1 Art. l. cognac
salt, pepper - to taste
Roast turkey, smeared with oil. Clean the mushrooms and boil them in salted water for 10 minutes. Wash in cold water and cut. Once the turkey is ready, transfer it to a warmed platter and cut into pieces. In the remainder of the roasting juice put mushrooms, add the brandy, sour cream and cheese, and hold it in the oven for 5 minutes. Pepper, salt, add oil. All mix thoroughly and pour this mixture of pieces of turkey.
