Turkey stew with mushrooms
500 g turkey - pulp
3 Art. l. soybean oil
1 onions - head
250 g Fresh mushrooms
1/2 h. l. coriander - milled seeds
4 pcs. canned tomatoes
200 g soy beans germinated
salt and ground black pepper - to taste

The flesh of turkey cut into cubes, fry in hot oil, salt, pepper, add the coriander and diced onions.
Clean the mushrooms, wash, cut in half or into 4 pieces, mix with sliced tomatoes with filling, combine the turkey and bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes with the lid on low heat.
Soybeans rinse, connect with other foods and cook for another 10 minutes.
Before serving, complete your stew greens.
