Potato gratin (3)

Ingredients:

6 pcs. potato

3 Art. l. chopped onion

1 garlic - clove

2 pcs. boiled eggs

2 Art. l. olive oil

3 Art. l. cream

2 Art. l. lemon juice

1 Art. l. mustard ready

2 pcs. chili pepper

50 g olives, pitted

ground black pepper, salt to taste

Boil the potatoes until tender and rub hot.

Olive oil mixed with lemon juice, cream, onions, minced garlic, mustard, part of cutting sweet peppers, salt, pepper and rub into a homogeneous mass.

The resulting mass mix with potatoes. Transfer the puree into a form that press gently and bake until done.

Eggs grate and connect with sliced olives.

When submitting a casserole cut into portions, lay on top of stewed peppers, mix the eggs and olives. Garnish stewed tomatoes.
