1 pcs. bay leaves
4 minced garlic - cloves

Heart boil with salt, pepper, bay leaves, roots and onions until tender.
Language cook until tender, add salt, pepper, and onion roots. Then dip into cold water and without giving cool, peel off the tape. Again boil broth.
Gelatin soak in cold water. Then pour in 400 grams of warm broth from cooking the language and bring to a boil. Refrigerate.
Heart, tongue and ham cut into small cubes, pepper - slices. Connect products, add salt, herbs, garlic, and adjika broth with gelatin.
In a plastic bottle, cut a narrow part of the throat and fill the bottle weight. Put in a cool place for 2 hours.
Obleyte hot water bottle, cut off the bottom and carefully remove the sausage. Slice and arrange on a platter.
