Ring of ham
600-800 g puff pastry

1 tbsp. flour
For the stuffing:
2 tbsp. butter
2 bulbs
200 g smoked ham
100 g spinach leaves
3 eggs
300 g cream
75 g grated cheese
salt
freshly ground black pepper
grated nutmeg or paprika
Preheat the oven to S. Grease with butter a ring shape and sprinkle with flour. Roll out the dough and place it into the form. Cooled in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Prigotovlen filler. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onion on low heat. After cooking the onions should be soft and translucent. Cut the ham into thin strips and coarsely shred the spinach. Put the onion, ham and spinach on the bottom of the form, lined with dough. Mix remaining ingredients, whisk. Pour the mixture into the form and bake 15 minutes, until browned. Cover with foil and bake for another 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 200C and bake for 10 minutes.
