Stewed apricots
3 kg apricots
1 l water
900 g sugar
Ripe, firm apricots rinse thoroughly, cut in half lengthwise grooves, remove seeds. Bones break, remove the core, peel. Apricots put into prepared jars cut down between the apricots to put the kernel. Boil water with sugar, pour the hot syrup apricots, jars tightly and sterilize 8 minutes, counting from the moment of boiling.
Banks pull, turn upside down and leave until cool.
