"Goldfish"
300 g cod (fillet)
1 egg white
3 Art. l. solid grated cheese
6 Art. l. breadcrumbs
1 Art. l. wheat flour
2 h. l. sesame
2 Art. l. vegetable oil

Mix the cheese with the flour, breadcrumbs and sesame seeds. Salt and beaten egg white.
Cut the cod fillets into 4 pieces, moisten each of them in the egg white and breaded in Soekarno-cheese mixture. Fry in oil on each side until golden brown beautiful. Then warm in the oven.
Before serving, put the fish on a dish, decorate with the help of sweet pepper and figurines from it (tail fin), and from peas to make eyes. Sham bubbles accomplished using corn.
