Fish Casserole "Goldfish"
1 kg fish fillets (any)
50 g hard cheese
3 onions
1 glass buckwheat

4 Art. l. ketchup
mayonnaise
Of buckwheat porridge cook, chop the onion and fry in butter.
After the onion in the same oil fry the prepared fish, pepper and salt it.
Spread the ingredients in a deep frying pan: a layer of buckwheat, 2 tablespoons ketchup, half fish, onions, the remaining fish, 2 tablespoons ketchup, grated cheese, top with mayonnaise grease all.
Preparing fish casserole "Goldfish" in the oven until soft golden brown.
