1.5 l water
1.5 kg fatty fish varieties
300 g Potato
200 g cucumber brine
100 g pickles
100 g carrots
100 g onions
1/2 lemon
dill, parsley root
tarragon
saffron
bay leaves
This soup is similar to the ear, but differs from it in the presence of brine recipe, pickles, lemon and spices. Prepare him better for oily sea fish.
Peel the potatoes, coarsely chopped, put in boiling water, add the root, boil for 20 minutes on low heat.
Boil the brine and pour the soup, put the fish slices and cucumber, diced, boil for 20 minutes, then add the spices.
