Lamb "petty"
600 g lamb
8 black peppercorns
6 mushrooms
2 onions
2 egg yolk
2 Bay leaves
1 parsley root
? lemon (juice)
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. flour

Wash, cut the meat into portions pieces, add salt and pepper, fry in hot oil in a pan for about half an hour.
Wash, chop, then fry the mushrooms, add the chopped onion and parsley root, stir, cook for another 2-3 minutes, add salt, add the flour, spices, stir again, put another 20 minutes until thick.
Add in hot sauce, lemon juice and yachnogo yolks, stir, remove the sauce from heat.
Served lamb "petty" hot, topped with sauce and garnished with fresh herbs.
