Steak-tartare with spicy seasoning
400 g steak
50 g olives with pepper
4 pickles
2 tomato
2 egg yolk
1 head onions
1 tbsp. capers
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. spicy pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
watercress
The finished steak fry, peel the onion, cut the onion in half and cut a thin half rings, and the second is very finely chopped.
One cucumber fan incision, finely chop the rest.
Cut in half 4 olives, finely chopped together with other capers.
Mix all the prepared ingredients except onion rings and half of the olives with mustard, egg yolks, pepper and salt, put the seasoning on the steak around, put the halves of olives and onion rings.
Disassemble watercress, washed and Pat dry, cut the tomatoes into 8 slices, put around the steak.
Served steak-tartare with spicy seasoning with bread from a flour of a rough grinding Limbaugh white bread, smeared with butter.
