Beef with cream sauce and spices
1.2 kg beef
10 heads silver bow
2 bouillon cubes
2 carrots
To prepare the sauce:
1 glass heavy cream
5 clove buds
2 Art. l. sugar
1 Art. l. Dijon mustard
? h. l. ground cinnamon
salt
Beef cooked in this recipe is perfect as a first course on New Year's table.
Put the meat in a pressure cooker, add the onions and carrots, cut into strips, cubes, pour hot water, boil until tender.
Preparation of the sauce: combine sugar and cinnamon, cloves, mustard and cream, pour a small amount of broth, salt and warm up for 10 minutes.
Before serving beef with cream sauce and spices sliced, placed on a dish and pour prepared sauce.
Garnish beef can be vegetables, decorate with greenery.
