Mushrooms in Bulgarian with white wine
500 g fresh mushrooms
50 g white wine
50 g butter

Mushrooms wash, peel and chop, fry in butter then.
Garlic (1-2 cloves, or to taste) to pass through the press, to add to the mushrooms, add chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Add the flour after drying in a separate pan, stir.
Pour the wine and add a little water, simmer all ingredients until tender.
Mushrooms served in Bulgarian with white wine served hot.
