Roast with potatoes and chicken wings
400 g chicken wings
10-12 tubers potatoes
2 head onions
2 tbsp. tomato paste/ketchup
vegetable oil
spices, salt
Potatoes and onions, wash and clean, chop the onion polyolefine.
Wings washed, cut in half at the joints.
Until Browning fry the wings in a pan with butter, put in another container.
Potatoes cut into slices, onions, put in a pan, where roasted wings and until Browning fry, then add the tomato paste, stir, pour 1 Cup broth or boiling water.
Put chicken in pot, pour zazharku, pepper, seasoning spices, add the potatoes, dosolit if necessary, cover and cook roast with potatoes and chicken wings until cooked.
