Potatoes, breaded

300 g vegetable oil
250 g Potato
50 g ham
1 egg
2 Art. l. breadcrumbs
1 Art. l.  flour 
some flour to choose? we'll show
salt
Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender, peel and cut into 1 cm plastics.
Finely chop the ham and mix with breadcrumbs and flour.
Season with salt and potato slices breaded them in a pre-beaten egg, then in flour weight, fry in oil.
Post potatoes, breaded possible with a salad of vegetables.
