650 g pork

400 g puff pastry

300 g cabbage

200 g mushrooms

150 g tomatoes

50 g melted pork fat



20 g tomato sauce

20 g butter

4 tsp. cumin seeds

1 tsp. lemon juice

Cut pork into slices, beat, RUB part minced garlic, salt, sprinkle with cumin, breaded in flour and fry until Golden brown on fat.

Cut the cabbage in small squares, boil in water with salt, pour off the liquid, add the oil, the remaining garlic, tomato sauce, warm up for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Roll out the dough, cut it into 4 squares, put a pork chop on each square, put in layers: cabbage, tomatoes, mushrooms, wrap the dough envelope.

Coat the dough with beaten egg, bake the chicken for 25 minutes at a temperature of 230 degrees.

Before serving pork chops in the test are placed on the dish, generous salad.
