Cutlets of duck with vegetables
600 g pulp ducks
200 g zucchini
3 garlic cloves
1 onions
1 carrots
1 the potato tuber
0,5 glass olive oil
3 tbsp. semolina
1 tsp. dried oregano

Skip the meat through a meat grinder 2 times.
Grate the vegetables, grate, combine with semolina, passed through a garlic press, duck, pepper and salt, add oregano, stir.
Molded of cooked beef patties, fry them on both sides in vegetable oil.
Before serving, put the cutlets on a serving dish, top them with sour cream, garnish with parsley, garnish with vegetable puree.
