Patties of minced meat "Russian"
300 g minced meat
200 g potatoes
50 g white bread
2 head onions
1 egg
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
breadcrumbs
pepper, salt
Pour the bread with water, soak, and then squeeze it and grind it in a meat grinder together with fresh potatoes and onions.
In mass beat the egg, add the beef, pepper and salt, mix well everything until smooth.
Blind meatballs, roll them in breadcrumbs, cook patties of minced meat "Russian" pan with vegetable oil, frying on both sides.
