Cutlets with barley grits "Interesting"
50 g dill
50 g parsley
4 eggs
1 onions
1 carrot
3 Art. l. barley groats
sour cream
salt
Peeled onions in a meat grinder twist, rub the grated carrots, connect with onions, eggs drive, add the barley grits, add the chopped herbs and salt and mix well.
Wet your hands in water, molded small meatballs, heat the oven to 250 degrees.
Cook cutlets with barley grits "Interesting", laying out on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes, served with sour cream.
