Meat with vegetables in a pita
400 g pork
400 g beef
300 g Potato
300 g Eggplant
200 g carrots
100 g onions
5-6 pcs. lavash
Ground paprika
Chili powder
ground black pepper
vegetable fat
salt
Cut the meat into cubes and fry in a pan with butter.
Cut into small cubes onions and carrots, add to the roasting meat and fry for 5 minutes, add the chopped eggplant as well, over low heat simmer until tender, season with salt, mix well.
Potatoes cut into small cubes the same, fry in a separate pan.
One cut pita bread into strips, put the filling on a pita, gather the edges of tie strip cut pita.
Before serving meat with vegetables in a pita bake at 160 degrees in the oven for 20 minutes.
