500 g chicken

150 g fungi

2 onions

2 cloves of garlic

2 glass water

1.5 glass low-fat cream



2/3 glass corn kernels

Garlic crushed and put in a pan with melted butter, add the pounded pepper and nutmeg and salt.

Cut the chicken into small slices, onion cut into rings, combine all the corn, finely chopped mushrooms and warmed up with spices and garlic. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5-7 minutes, remove from heat and cool.

Put the mixture in a food processor, add the water, beating for 1 minute, puree bring to a boil, pour in the cream.

Before serving, sprinkle the soup hot pepper, cilantro issue.
