Millet porridge with apples and carrots
300 g millet
200 g apples
80 g carrots
60 g honey
600 g water
salt
Pour grits with hot water, add salt and put the stew.
When all the water is absorbed, cover with a lid porridge, put in a water bath with mild boiling water, cook for 20 minutes.
Apples and carrots figured chopped, add the porridge with honey and warm.
