Fish with eggplant
400 g fish fillets
4-5 eggplant
2 onions
? eggs
2 glass boiled rice
1 glass sour cream
1 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
black pepper
salt
Peel the eggplant peel and boil in salted water until soft, drain in a colander, then finely chop.
Miss fish fillet with onions through a meat grinder.
To connect minced fish with eggplant, add the rice, egg, parsley, pepper and salt, stir.
Molded from the resulting mass tortillas, put them on a greased baking sheet in a single row, bake until Golden brown.
Fill tortillas mixed with tomato paste sour cream, bake them for another 10-15 minutes
Before serving, put the bread with the sauce in the dish and sprinkle with herbs.
