Beetroot soup with vegetables and cheese
120 g low-fat cottage cheese
4 glass milk

2 boiled beets
1 pickles
1 onions
1 clove of garlic
ground black pepper
salt
Skip cucumber, onions and beets through a meat grinder, cheese rub and connect with vegetable stuffing mix.
Milk bring to the boil, add the vegetable puree, finely chopped garlic, pepper and salt, and cook until done.
Before serving, sprinkle the soup with chopped herbs, add sour cream.
